How sad the "Big 3" in Detroit (or wherever now) didn't do this first. I'd read an article one of them had started an electric car (70s-80s?) & then pulled them off the market, bought any missing cars back, then destroyed them. It's hurt this nation that 'Big Oil' (Bush/Cheney) included are running this country into the ground for profit. I've observed that ever since Exxon/Mobile merged prices have NEVER gone down for gas.
